Description of the typical Programme deliverables
Silico manages all aspects of the collection and analysis of partner feedback on behalf of the client. The service includes:
- Where agreed, customisation of the questions to the client's requirements.
- Drawing up lists of the client's main partners, relevant contacts in each partner organisation together with their email addresses.
- Drafting the email inviting those contacts to participate in the feedback process.
- Sending out the emails and subsequent reminder emails.
- Managing bounces and redirects.
- Hosting the kick-off survey instrument through our secure survey infrastructure.
- Conducting multi-phase threaded conversations with participants through video, telephone, email or messaging service.
- Collating and anonymizing all data and comments.
- The presentation of the results of the feedback to the client's alliance management and business development teams in person or by telephone.
- The production of summary reports for the client's key stakeholders and audiences including other internal teams, senior management and, where required, partners.
A full dataset is delivered to the client along with a summary presentation of the highlights of the findings of research.
Data is aggregated by partner, question, skills set, successful/failing collaborations and any other segmentation agreed with the client. The rankings produced will include a ranking of individual partners' satisfaction enabling clients to identify and address poorly performing collaborations.
